Welcome New LSM Teachers!

We’d like to extend a warm welcome our new Little School of Music teachers: Rich Brown (piano, jazz piano), Lyle Michaud (piano), Steve Poloni (guitar, ukulele, bass), and Nicole Wright (voice, musical theater, and piano).

We are so excited to have them join our outstanding faculty! Please contact the front desk for more information about our Little School of Music teachers.

LSM Achievement Levels

Little School of Music offers a sequential music program divided into levels to help monitor progress and celebrate student achievements. Each level is set as a 12-month music program based on the progress of the average music student. Participating in a balanced, well-rounded, structured music education program gives students the opportunity to receive the benefits of studying music.

Most importantly, our program teaches leadership skills, character development, discipline, commitment, problem-solving skills, creative and critical thinking, and boosts self-confidence.

Testing Week!

The April Musical Ladder Testing is week, April 17th-April 22nd! Students scheduled for MLS testing are posted in the school lobby next to the stairs. Check your lesson notes or email your teacher for more specific testing details.

Performance Showcase for Singers!

Calling all SINGERS! We are hosting a special event just for voice students at Little School of Music! Students select the top 2 songs they learned this year to perform live on stage for each other. Music selections must be age appropriate. (No inappropriate language or subject matters). Signup Deadline: Saturday, June 3rd, 2023

Upcoming Dates

  • Next Tuition Payment Due: May 1st, 2023

  • RCM In-person exams: May 31st, 2023

  • Music for Little Mozarts In-Class Recitals Days:

    • Tuesday, May 30th: Level 2 at 5:00pm Level 1 at 6:15pm

    • Wednesday, May 31st: Level 3 at 4:45pm, Level 4 at 6:00pm

    • Thursday, June 8th: Level 1 at 4:00pm, Level 2 at 5:15pm

  • Next School Recital Weekend: June 24th/25th, 2023 (signup week June 5th-10th)
