🎓 ZAK LAFFITTE

Graduated from: SCV International

Honors & Achievements: Talent Based Award- New York Film Academy 

After graduating high school, Zak plans to attend the New York Fil Academy Animation Program. He also plans to continue to take Animation classes at Tink Tank Anímate. Expand Art Portfolio- zakyfilms.com

🎓 ASHBI RIVERA

Graduated from: Academy of the Canyons

Honors & Achievements: WorldStrides Maestro Award, AA in Liberal Arts as well a high school diploma

After graduating high school, Ashbi will be attending UC Davis in the fall, majoring in Entomology. Ashbi hopes to get a summer job, and overall have a great time before going up to NorCal later in the year.

🎓 TAVISHI RAGHUNATHAN

Graduated from: Valencia High School

Honors & Achievements: Rockschool (RSL) Guitar Exam, Theatre president; Choir assistant conductor and lighting director; All A’s and 1 B so far in entire highschool. Took 12 AP classes and exams.4.6 weighted GPA and 3.96 unweighted.

After graduating high school, Tavishi will be attending UC San Diego to study interdisciplinary Vis art course and cognitive science. She was also accepted to NYU Film and TV program as well as a few other UC and state colleges. Tivishi loves to travel and recently went to NY trip from school theatre! 

🎓 ARUN GHOSHAL

Graduated from: Valencia High School

Honors & Achievements: Viking Valor Award in English, AP Scholar with Distinction, Wind Ensemble, VHS Pride of the Viking Marching band -4 years, Hart District Honor Band participant in Clarinet in 2023 and 2024, Student Liaison for the band -2023-2024, Royal Conservatory Music assessment Level 7-Voice, Black Belt 1st Dan Certificate in Tae Kwon Do, Kumon graduate in mathematics, Invitee-Roblox Developers Conference-2022 and 2023, WorldStrides Maestro Award Recipient. 

After graduating high school, Arun will focus on studying Computer Science 

🎓 DYLAN REED

Graduated from: iLead Exploration with Honors

After graduating high school, Dylan will be attending the San Francisco Conservatory of Music in the fall majoring in Technology and Applied Composition (TAC).

🎓 JADEN TRIGUEROS

Graduated from: iLead home school charter 

After graduating high school, Jaden plans to learn a trade and enjoy playing drums and working out.

Alumni News

Little School of Music Student Alumni have been hard at work in college and moving into their careers! Here are a few we heard about and are excited to share with you!

MICHELLE SMIRNOFF

Michelle attended Little School of Music since she was 5 years old and continued lessons in college. She hosted our Leadership videos on YouTube and was the lovely smiling face at the front desk on Saturday mornings. She is now in her Junior Year as a Music Education Major at Long Beach State and performed her Junior Recital this spring! We are so incredibly proud of her!

MIA GARCIA

Mia attended Little School of Music since she was 3 years old and continued through high school. We are excited to share she just graduated from CSUN with her degree in Physical Therapy. Mia plans to continue her studies through her Doctorate to help elderly patients with their health and movement. Congratulations on your graduation Mia!

June Recitals

Little School of Music Recitals are just around the corner! Teachers will be passing out yellow slips to students who are ready to perform. Please keep an eye out for these and sign up using the link on the form before JUNE 1st!

Pocock Band Concert

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

ALL FIVE of our Rock Bands will be performing at the Pocock Brewing Company on June 21st from 6:00pm-9:00pm.

Pre-sale tickets for the families of the bands go on sale from May 27th-June 7th for $15. (Limit 4 tickets per performer) Any remaining tickets will be available from June 10th-June 19th for $20.

Tickets are limited so be sure to watch the LIVE STREAM on Instagram if the show sells out!
